Several people have asked me how to make the gas can banjo so I made 11 videos, detailing step by step, how to do this, and also how to make a 5-string conversion on a 4 string banjo neck. Thanks to mrjrondeau for commissioning the project..

  • After Watching you make the Gas can banjo several times I decided to make myself one.

I just finished it today and it needs a little adjusting But it was a fun project i would love to make another.

That said i just want to thank you for making these videos to help people like me try new things!

  • @pacificcloud No idea. I don't sell 'em cheap though, and right now don't have any extra ones to sell.

  • @rpeek How much to ship a gas can banjo to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, t5g 0g4?

    These are totally cool.

  • @elvinelectrical I think you'll find that the cost to get it over there is more than it's worth. I've actually sold 3 to people in Europe who have backed out once they've checked the import tax or whatever it is. That said, I've got one built, ready to go for $250 + shipping. If you do a search on my vids for : " I've Got a Home in Glory Land with a syrup can banjo " you can see me playin' it.

  • @rpeek hi man,
