@misschristina11 In many place where they sell takoyaki you can choose from several kinds of toppings, there are many options, also depending on the region.

that looks great! I have a question though. I have the exact same pan as you, but for some reason, my takoyaki keep sticking to the pan and so they turn out to be mushy and gross. I've tried greasing the pan very well, but I still get the same results. Do you have any advice for me? Thanks!

@WindUpFun: hi sori for the late reply i've been out of town (work)..hmm i had the same problem too when i first started making takoyaki and i figured that if the batter is too watery it would be sticky so i suggest to add a lil bit of flour until YOU think its perfect. hope this help...OH AND don't forget to oil your pan (i use vegetable oil) and just keep adjusting the heat until you find the right temperature that you're comfortable with.

hey, i was just wondering,
what temperature do u put ur stove at?
jeffreysyang 1 year ago
@jeffreysyang: it really depends on how fast u can turn each takoyaki, if this is ur first time try to put ur stove to medium heat then when u think u can be faster try to put it on med-high heat, and once u get really use on turning the takoyaki then it's all up to u on which heat ur comfortable with. hope this help ^__^
if u have any question please do ask me and i'll try my best to answer it.
