its like 10 egg whites to 2 yolks normal whey scoop and some glutamine for my shake just throw in cardio if u stress about the fat

the yolk is the best part of the egg throwing it away bacause it has good fats is a beginners mistake u need fat aswell as protein during the day if u train hard enough it doesnt matter.

I know it has fat that can lower ldl cholesterol and has its own amount of protein. she might just not want the sat dat intake the yolk has.
