@RicardoNY1 I was just going to say the same thing when I saw this... I trained at CDW, which has some pretty big runways, and occasionally landed at smaller fields like Aeroflex (12N) which looked TINY after CDW... Had to fight the urge to continue descending...

Back then he probably had ~ 80hrs; now we're both tied at ~120.

Approach angle and speed looked shallow and speed looked high. I bet he forgot to put in flaps. Stall warning horn went off just before touchdown so he had sufficient flair, maybe just a bit high in the flair and sunk into the runway. I also didn't see much crosswind correction.

You flared too soon. Don't shoot for the numbers. Let her go a bit, use all the runway you have. Did you have your flaps set? Not so bad, we all have to learn. Keep working on it!

My dad did it; not me. He didn't flare at all; it touched down hard on the nose gear, and that's why it bounced.
It's only a 2,400ft runway so you don't have much.
