Congratulations! What a great feeling
that must be. At the end you look as
though you just stepped out of the shower; rested and ready to start your day.
It does not look as though you just ran
a marathon. Best of luck; I hope you

I'm doing my 1st marathon in home state of IL in April 09. Flying out to do PF Chang 1/2 marathon in January with my daughter.

I didn't train very long for that race... only like 2 months or so. The real problem that day was that I put new inserts in my shoes that caused blisters, dumb, dumb idea.
