Dude! I also tried going up my forehead with this same exercise and the forehead wrinkles seem to be disappearing too! That is CRAZY! Thanks dude I will be buying the DVD. I am 32 and this is helping a bunch.

Hi! My forehead feels like it is throbbing. I did this ten times "digging" in as you suggest. And now I can't even frown that line now, feels weak and stiff. 10 sets ten times a day is too much for me I think.

@Feiistyx3 1.yes it works butyou need 2 do a set of different exercises 4different musclesof the face.you should buy a book (or.. his dvd)//1 simple method 2do daily is to pretend you shout the vocals:A E I O U but its just4the face not neck not eyes.what you mean by :damaged skin ?describe better.is it wrinkles ?you re young and at this point you can fix anything.facial cream(+naturalhomemade mask with honey oil egg etc depending onSKINTYPE) is V.IMP especially BEFORE these exercises

wouldn't pulling the muscles sideways be bad for the forehead skin?
btw you have like no forehead wrinkles o_O like almost as though you had botox no wrinkles it's amazing O_O
and is it possible to be too young to start this? i'm 17, but I didn't wear sunblock when I went swimming everyday when I was around 9-10 [dumb, I know], and I'm only JUST starting to care about my skin [so late, but better late than never], so I experiencd a lot of sun damage, can i still star tthis?

Do you have to use your fingers to stretch and pull your forehead or your forehead itself? confusing.

Press your fingers firmly into the muscles of the forehead. Imagine that you are gripping the muscles. Concentrate on stretching the frontalis muscle on the forehead as you pull your fingers toward your temples. I hope that helped! Everything is really explained fully on the DVD.

Thank you I just have one more question. You know when you raise your eyebrows normally when something shocks you? Is that what I have to do when I press my fingers into the muscle? I just might buy the dvd btw.
