Nirantara Dasa, disciple of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada has been studying Vedic Scriptures, such as 'Bhagavad-gita As It Is' and 'Srimad Bhagavatam', for over 3 decades, is offering through this and many other videos, a series of knowledge wealthy lectures in Bhagavad-gita (available on DVDs), as well as 5 side-projects that are based on analyzing some of the problems in today's society through the knowledge and answers contained in Vedic scriptures, particularly Bhagavad-Gita As It Is.

This lecture gives a logical and theological approach towards the concept of God or Supreme Being.

There are many people who don't believe in God, not really knowing the true meaning of that concept. This puts them in a logical 50% risk that what they don't believe in actually exist :)

Nirantara dasa will explain the basic principle behind Lord Krishna's instructions in Bhagavad-gita, where He explains the characteristics of God (Himself) and how to know the difference between God and a conditioned soul.

Please remember that all of those lectures are based on Vedic knowledge only, so if you are inspired to comment or ask questions about this topic, we will gladly answer, but again, from the Vedic point of view.

We hope that you may listen with an open mind and if you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
Thank you,
kakudmi

  • Karma & Rebirth means We are ACCOUNTABLE for our actions. We take Responsibility.

Karma & Rebirth means that we enjoy the Gift of Life, over & over again!

Karma & Rebirth means there is no place for a Hell, no sadistic God running a torture chamber

Karma & Rebirth means that We EARN everything. A Hindu must never beg nor take anything that is unearned

Karma & Rebirth means we Hindus earn Praise FROM God! Anyone fool can praise God, but Blessed are the Hindus that aim to earn Praise FROM God!

  • @ramaraksha01

Karma & rebirth means no eternal hell, but it does not mean no hell at all.

The word Hindu does not appear anywhere in the ancient Vedas. Of course, it is only 400 yrs old.

  • @kakudmi I am asking u to look up from those books & use ur education and knowledge a bit. By believing in Hell u are saying u believe that God would use cruel & abusive methods? God Rama tortures people? God Rama rapes, sodomizes, whips, abuses, breaks legs?

God Rama can turn a Gandhiji into a Hitler with one thought - surely u see that Hell is a man-made concoction?

Karma & Rebirth is the much better way - the Non-violent way of God!

    Please think a bit

  • @ramaraksha01

    Man made?

There is nothing man made in this world. Vedas clearly describe Lord Vishnu, or Lord Rama as the Supreme Controller of the whole creation. "Not a blade of grass moves without His sanctions." is the quote from the Vedas. If that is true, then all the violence and suffering in this world is going on because God allows. If you cannot accept this than I cannot go on discussing with you. Thanks.

  • @kakudmi Friend don't mind but see this video watch?v=zOp4kznAA74&feature=watch_response, watch?v=rwuzCJ1X-cc&feature=relmfu and this website scribd.com/doc/46544143/Astrological-Proof-of-Mahabharata. I stated about position of planets and river saraswati because they have been descibed in vedas many times. And it's been prooved you can see the links and videos. Veda's are indeed historical record of events that occured in past. Thanks.

  • @MegaAnomalies

I am well aware of the recent discoveries. However, I still maintain that Vedic scriptures are not describing history in a chronological way as we do today. Years and dates do not appear in the Vedas. Position of the rivers, mountains or cities belong in the geography, not history. Position of the planets belong in the astrology, not history. Vedas are not interested in history or archeology because time is eternal and repeating itself. Chronology is irrelevant.

  • @kakudmi dear friend do a research on vedic philosophies and read the gita completely otherwise you won't get your answers and you will be confused

  • @kakudmi No you are wrong veda's are actually historic scriptures. Proof ! recent dicovery of Darika off the coast of gujarat. The mystical river saraswati that once flowed through western india and many other .. In mahabharata there are many discription about position of many planets like Uranus, Neptune, which were no even dicovered till 200 years ago by westerns. Don't be ignorant, first do a research yourself. agniveer.com/663/science-in-vedas/ Thanks..

  • @kakudmi You are wrong veda's are historic scriptures. Proof ! recent dicovery of Darika off the coast of gujarat. The mystical river saraswati that once flowed through western india and many other proofs are there..Don't be ignorant first do a research yourself. Thanks

  • @kakudmi U like the idea of some person looking down on u? make u happy after death? sing his praises so that he will make u happy? isn't that selfish? if God won't make u happy will u continue to sing his praises?

I would rather focus on my character - instead of asking God for things, why not ask what can i do for God? Tell the Truth, be honest, practice Ahimsa, Dharma, do good to others - ask nothing from God. Do not hate others, do not wish Hell upon others. does this make sense?

  • @kakudmi Tell me, when u think of Torture who comes to mind? Saddam, Hitler, Stalin? Horrible, ugly despots - these are the people u associate with God Rama?

the opposite - the kind of person who would never hurt a fly - who might that be? Gandhiji, Mandela, the Buddha, Mother Teresa - now do u think God Rama is more like the latter?

The concept of Hell is to let Hate into ur heart - christianity & islam use it to threaten others so that they convert - let them have their hateful Hell
