I am 85lbs and 12 , I only wanna lose 10lbs . I am on the cheer team of my school and my legs are chubbily :-] Don't say I am too small , I wanna be a flyer still and I need to be under 80lbs to be one on a Youth Team like I am . <33

@Tata012345678 (sorry sent other response too early) Try eating three fruits a day and exercising for 60 minutes throughout the day. Keep up this regime and don't give up, you'll eventually get to your goal.

@Tata012345678 That is an unrealistic goal for someone our age as we need fat to grow, esp. girls for their hips and boobs and everything.

i say the best way is to diet. lean meats (FISH CHICKEN, NO PORK OR BEEF, EGG WHITES ARE OKAY), veggies/fruits. eat VERY LITTLE CARBS LIKE BREAD OR RICE LIMIT 1 SERVING A DAY BUT TO QUICKEN RESULTS DONT EVEN TOUCH IT AT ALL. DRINK WATER ONLY. NO SUGARY FOODS LIKE DONUTS OR CANDY. WORKOUT AT LEAST 5X A WEEK 30- 1HR PER SESSION AND DON'T STOP TILL U SWEAT LIKE A PIG. keep it up for a few weeks and you'll see results. this is ONLY way to lose weight. forget diet pills they dont work.
