  • OMG, I used to have this problem a lot since I was a kid. I thought I was alone.

    But yea, I found out that stretching helps relieve this.

  • As I watching this while typing my homework on this here computer, I did some of these exercises with the arms and I already feel relived and freeier. Considering typing on the computer for two hours strait. Its good to streatch once in a while Thankyou again!
