Best song from a great album.

I first heard of Kacey and Shane when they performed on Praire Home Companion in June 09. One of the songs they sang was Wildflower. I absolutely love this song. Wildflower is a simple song. This is not an example of virtuoisity in musicianship....although all the players play well. Rather, this is a great example of a simple song with a GREAT melody performed flawlessly.

Althouth you are Austrailan and have a wonderful voice, you make a direct hit on early southern music in the US, which seems to be a forgotten genre. You are talented, raw, musical and pleasant. American music has become pathetic . I greatly value you. I recently separated from my wife. And your music lit a fire under me to remind her of the way we used to dance in the kitchen in the mid 1990's to various Canadian rock artists.
