@lortepikfis To be more specific, the limbs are being chopped off and replaced by metal sticks, the digestive system is removed and replaced by a gastric port (which also explains the atrophied muscles and the complete absence of body fat), the eyes are replaced by less versatile, artificial visual organs, their noses, ears (and auditory organs) as well as their genitals are completely removed and a metal plate is being bolted onto their foreheads.
