with this community setup greed and excess just arent permissable and immediately obvious to all in the community. Those who contribute nothing and take with disregard get the boot. Trade between communities would absolutely be accepted and thrive granted its fair trade. Money being backed by anything of value, trade would be based on barter and money is just a placeholder of something else real. Wealth would be measured by how much one is able to contribute, share, and support the community.
