Dominique Moceanu: An Inspiration

A montage of video clips and photos documenting Dominique Moceanu's life...from the very beginning to the Olympics and on. It was getting a little long, so some of her competitions in 1997 weren't included...sorry! None of the footage is mine, no infringement intended.

One mistake: I said that she won the Rock and Roll Championships 3 times, but she won twice - the honor went to Kim Zmeskal in 1997. :-)

at 6:08 you say she was a 3 time Rock and Roll champion, she was only the champion in 1995-1996. in 1997-1998 Kim Z. won it...

Yeah I realized that... if you go to "show more comments" I pointed that mistake out (giving the awesome Km Z credit!), but now you can't see that since I typed it last year haha... thanks for pointing it out, though, :)

She was awesome. I think there was a MAJOR falling out with Bela, and I think that led to all kinds of mental issues and problems. Back in the day she was great, now it's like she's got a serious chip on her shoulder. I wish she would just come out with a book detailing her accusations about Bela and be done with it. Alexandra Marinescu did just that about Octavian Belu. I am trying to track that book down.
