to be honest i love breasts al sizes al shapes even fake ones but what i dont like is the typical round hollywood breasts they can be fake but they stil need to look natural to me .

Nose...eh...whatever...it looks nice...I thought it was fine before though.  The breasts came out very nice and were a big improvement.
