Caramel popcorn can be made by covering popcorn in a caramel sauce that is made of a quarter cup of butter, a half a cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of light corn syrup and a quarter teaspoon of salt. Bring the caramel sauce to a boil for five minutes before completing it with help from a private chef and caterer in this free video on snack recipes.
