I would just worry about the increase of the chance of infection in a shtf using the menstrual cup. Finding clean water and a proper soap could become an issue. I would suggest avoiding pregnancy at all costs if you are in a position that you are on the move. I have practiced natural family planning for years. Thank god I am not that fertile. Bugging out does not seem like a good plan for us. I would suggest people with kids find a place to dig in.
