Dude I don't who the fuck you are, but you made the most stupidest comment of your life...Why don't you go hang out at the local fire station and then you will know if movie was really funny. I been working at the fire station since I was 16 and For some reason you fell more in love with fire dept family then your own. One of the many reason behind is that a fire dept job give you courage to loose your life to save others and you don't ask the person, cast , race or anything when you save them

My dad is a Firefighter.... if anyone says its funny or easy go to a firehouse go through the hours of training...of sweating...of working...of rushing into a building when everyone eles is rushing out. I will be a firefighter with my brother and my dad one day.

i am a firefighter and ya go from day to day not knowin what the next call is gonna be if could just be an accident or it could be a warehouse fire like in the movie. ya wonder "am i gonna see tomorrow?" if im gone whos gonna take care of my family. firefighting is not just a job, its a way of life and our fellow brothers and sisters every day gear up to save lives. we stick by each others side through the thick and the thin cuz we are one big family.

I am a Junior firefighter, and once I saw this wonderful movie, I cried.

I am new to my company, and everytime I go out now, i will pray that my brothers will come back. Anything could happen to them.

And one day when I get older, I willrun into that fire, and save someone

I love ladder 49, my father is a firefighter, ill be one just like him, i love it when our pagers go off because then its another day of helping someone and all firefighters enjoy that brother, they know that if something was to go wrong then they could count on there brothers and sisters to be right there for them. So i wanna give thanks to all those putting their lifes for us, Firefighters, Police, Paramedics, Emt's, EMS, ect.
