  • This isnt the Lost Monkey form. Its a mix of Lost, Tall, and Drunken Monkey. Very few know those forms so its hard to identify unless you know.

Thanks for this awesome post of my great grandmaster!

  • @9thDrunkenImmortal He originally told me this was the horse / lost monkey, so this his information. No drunken in this at all, the drunken is easy to identify. Tall monkey crosses with lost monkey so some techniques are similar.

  • This is the original post. Only KungFuTSPK's Channel was given permission to use it. Others using it at least give credit to Sifu Carl -Bedstysifu

  • Seems a monkey got into the mix, the horse monkey was in place instead of the lost monkey. Now you see the lost monkey not the horse monkey. The horse monkey is playful and crafty. According to Chan Sau Chung in the 70's.

  • The music is from "Hero" with Jet Li.

  • I liked how high his leg went!

  • Excellent, totally respectful display, on movies they usually act like idiots with monkey style

  • Great Master, thank you for posting

  • @Bedstysifu

My sifu who has learned those 3 monkeys has identified them already first hand.

No drunken? Watch again at 00:42 to 00:44, that is a section from the Drunken Monkey form where he stumbles backward to the turn around. Yes I agree, the drunken is easy to identify.

Tall Monkey is distinct from Lost Monkey, with less than 10% cross over moves in those 2 forms.
