"I can't wait any longer for the story." She muttered through her teeth the second she sat down on my bed.

I giggled. "Okay. So, do you like it straight to the point? or the detailed version?"

"Let's get straight to the point, here."

"Im dating.."--I raised one eyebrow--"Joe."

She dropped her jaw, eyes widen, stopped breathing, and wrinkled her forehead.

"Breath, Sel."

"OHMYGOD. DEMI, ARE YOU SERIOUS?" the words came out of her mouth swiftly and hoarsely.

I leaned immendiately to her and covered her mouth with my hand. "Shh."

"whamshori." She muttered through my hand.

"Mom might hear you. I haven't told her about this yet. Only Dallas know the idea of what's happening." I hissed.

"Wujuflish."

"Oh." I dropped my hand down.

"Thank you." She was calm now.

"Sorry." I smiled at her.

She smiled. "It's fine. But why are you keeping this from your mom? And I thought Im the first person to hear this." Then she pouted.

I giggled. "Well, maybe because Dallas was with me when the whole thing happened."

"And I was taping Wizards."

"Awww.." I rubbed her back. "It's not your fault that you were not able to be there."

"Im just.." She sighed. "Well, kinda excited to see that moment."--as she pouted--"And I'd missed it."

"Do you want me to demonstrate what happened?" I laughed.

"I would absolutely love it if Joe's here, and will be playing his part." She snorted.

"Then be here on Christmas Holiday."

"December 25?"

"Yes."

"Why?" She wrinkled her forehead.

"Im planning to tell Mom and Dad about my relationship with Joe on that day."

"And Joe will be here too?"

"Yeah. I need him."

"awwwwww.."

"shut it." I felt a heavy flow of blood rushed all over my face.

"I mean, why? Do you really need Joe and specific date and place to tell your family about this? I mean, you can tell them right now if you want to."

"I just want it to be more official.. and solemn."

"you mean, serious?"

"Yes. Just like how you and Nick take your relationship." I teased, grining widely when a shade of red touched her cheeks in a sudden.

"Do you really have to tease me like that?" She giggled, still blushing.

"Well, I like teasing you." I laughed. "And please don't run away from the topic."

"We're talking about you and Joe, right?"

"Well, I kinda mentioned you and Nick, 2 seconds ago." I laughed harder.

"You did?" She tried to act like she hadn't heard any of my words.

"I know you're a very convincing actress, but that won't work on me."

"Let's just get back to the original topic, a'ryt?" She grabbed my guitar from the other side of the bed and strummed a little. "So.. I would like to hear the details."

"Alright then.."

I told Selena how the whole thing between Joe and I happened. Every single detail even the number of seconds of those awkward silence, and those close-lipped eye contacts.

Including what happened with Alex..

FLASHBACK
After Joe left...

Alex: You were alone with Joe Jonas.. *hisses*

Demi: What's wrong with that? *closes the door and sits in the couch*

Alex: Why were you alone with him? *paces forward*

Demi: *rolls her eyes* We talked.

Alex: *sits beside Demi* About what?

Demi: Do you really need to know?

Alex: Im your boyfriend.

Demi: And you're suppose to know? *rolls her eyes once more*

Alex: Isn't that obvious enough?

Demi: Im sorry but I still have my privacy rights.

Alex: *raises one eyebrow* He's really getting on my nerves.

Demi: You don't have to hate him, Alex. *stands up*

Alex: And why? *grabs Demi's arms, standing up*

Demi: He's a nice guy, and he's my bestfriend. *tries to get off her arms from Alex's grip*

Alex: Are you sure he's just your bestfriend?

Demi: What's wrong with you? Let go of my hand. *struggles to get off her hands*

Alex: *chuckles* What's wrong with me?

Demi: Yes. You're being a jerk! You're not like that when I met you.

Alex: Im like what, Demi? *tightens his grip*

Demi: You're.. sweet, nice. You got everything I like in a guy. But now you're such a jerk. *tries to let go from his grip*

Alex: Im still sweet, nice, and everything you like in a guy.

Demi: No, you're not like that anymore. You're a jerk! You're hurting me.

Alex: *lets go of Demi's hand* Do you really think seeing you with Joe Jonas never hurt me?

Demi: I just didn't expect you're that immature.

Alex: *curls up his fingers to form fists* You don't have any idea how much it hurts.

Demi: You're just letting yourself drown in jealousy. *starts to turn around*

Alex: Don't you turn your back on me. *grabs Demi's hand again*

Demi: Stop this, Alex! *struggles to let go*
