    paper mache head and hands and feet, and the guy or girl fits the feel to stilts for extra support. a hell of a lot of what ever material your going to use for the clothes and pretty much the rest it just fattening it up so it looks proper sized and using i guess polystyrene to do that so its not heavy, there are better things to use i just forget names, ive don't one before i fell over into a river ruined everything

    Look closely, and you'll see the stilts to the front of his trousers when he's walking forward. This explains the balance.
