  • Hey, I have two baby California King Snakes one regular black banded kingsnake, and also I have, like you, a lavender, it's not banded it's got dots, and one line going down, both very pretty, how did you feed yours, in its tank? or out of it's tank? just for some advice.

  • I feed in their cages, but only because I have so many snakes. I would recommend feeding in a separate bin so when you want to hold your snake they are less likely to strike your hand.

  • My lavender strikes at my hand when I feed it in a separate bin haha. How long should I wait after it eats? and haha i agree, california kingsnakes are very fast. pretty snake by the way, i love mine,

  • You are supposed to give them like 30-60 min I think. If you are real careful you can move them on the lower end.

  • nice baby,,,,

  • thanks
