Ford Focus RS Echoing Backfire!! Must Hear!! - 1080p HD

Listen to this sound, have you ever heard a sound (from a car) like this?

We had this Focus RS to test it for www.hartvoorautos.nl.
When I was recording from 100 metres distance I heard this amazing sound. This Focus RS doesn't have catalysators in the exhaust, so when shifting you can hear a nice backfire! And because the Focus RS was driving in an open field yo can could hear it echoing! Especially the last one is very clear and awesome to hear!

Love the backfire! But what's wrong with all those dislikes?! People expect always huge flames: " A Back-fire or backfire is an explosion produced by a running internal combustion engine that occurs in the exhaust system rather than inside the combustion chamber. The same term is used when unburned fuel or hydrocarbons are ignited somewhere in the exhaust system. A visible flame may momentarily shoot out of the exhaust pipe. Either condition causes an objectionable popping noise. "

@marchettino technically it is known as afterfire, backfire is basically firing back through the induction system thus the term backfire, and afterfire occurs in the exhaust system, thus the term afterfire..............
