  • is it possible to be a one man filmaker these days?

  • @vicehoundelite Sure, totally. It becomes a challenge when you get into the biz, but I'd say a competent, even successful and compelling film can have one mind driving it. Cast and other crew is pretty essential though.

  • Thank you so much for this clip..its fantastic, I just ordered the book also. What an inspiring review.

  • @Fitmamma1 Thanks! You might also check out Stu Maschwitz's book The DV Rebel's Guide. His blog ProLost is also interesting, if you're into technical filmmaking stuff.

  • Great video

  • Thanks!

  • @runeshai Right on! I'm shooting a documentary on my own, without any crew. Inspired (not only, but also) by Robert Rodriguez. This man is one of my heros!

  • greatest book ever, please check out my trailer..

  • Im pretty sure they let him into that film school, so he would have learned how to direct, tell a story, all thay

  • some people get it and he knows how to use his resources. most dont.

  • the guy has talent and he understands all aspects.
