@metalsquirrelgamer It is not traveling, it is palming. The refs should call it, but superstars like Iverson often get away with things that the refs don't call. It all depends on whether the ref is willing to call it.

That is palming that Iverson did. You can't dribble and hold the ball up with your palms like that. The refs wouldn't make the call. You can do that on a play ground, but in basketball palming is against the rules and the refs hardly ever call it.
