@blackishlovah123 agreed!! Its better to undertrain than to overtrain. The release of Cortisol is one of the most devastating for your muscle growth and actually inhibits growth hormone. A lot of people need to know that overtraining and going to the gym more times than you need (even training the same body part before full recovery) is a very bad thing indeed!

@hedbill98 hey I appreciate people who do steroids and aren't ashamed to admit they do. I do not agree with taking steroids, and I do not take steroids myself, but I hate people that obviously do and yet say they are natural
people go on about steroids n shit. u wont grow unless u train right n eat and sleep well. u need everything 110% before u even consider steroids. u really think jay or jonnie would be small without them?!?!?!
