I've often stated that a coach is only limited by his own imagination.
I have great fun in 'inventing' new drills. But having said that they are not really 'new' but sometimes an adaptation on some thing I've seen previously on my travels .
Existing drills can be adapted and refined to suit your own objectives and purpose.
This one is just a variety of platforms placed strategically [or even randomly!]. I like variety in my sessions and want to keep the jumpers in my group motivated at all times hence the search for new drills which I could simply use as they are - or refine.
In this short video clip the jumper is moving horizontally, laterally and vertically observing the specific plyometric objectives.
