I watch this frequently because I think Sarah McLachlan has one of the best voices in pop music. For those who don't like the song, I say Lighten Up. It is a "feel-good" song about competing,doing your best, and taking pride in what you have accomplished. (As an aside, the video reminds of the opening sequence of ABC's Wide World of Sports: there is the thrill of victory--2:53--and the agony of defeat--1:59. )

His name is Evan Lysacek. If you enjoy his skating you may enjoy his dancing. He danced on Dancing with the Stars with pro partner Anna Trebunskaya.
