The rest of kokutsu dachi etc, then shika dachi (sumo stance).
We then run through our stances so the Sensei can check they are correct.
Then leg raises, front, round side and back kicks in stages and medium pace.

G'DAY GKR is none-contact. There are plenty of styles who have full contact if thats your thing? It also depends what you "do" Karate for? I doubt many could do a session like this over 2 hours with the balance and style required for grading. Also you are only sent for a 'grading' if your instructors are sure you have the skills, determination, passion to improve.

man GKR is all about money, its not real karate jst bullshit. i saw a 10 yr old whos a black belt? i mean wth? r u serz? kid cnt even kick properly and his a black belt? and all they do is punch the air no real contact.
