I figured it out! when u get to the scorpion part at the end if u r on the i-phone or i-touch, just keep tapping him with the chainsaw instead of holding it down.

Hate those damn ants or whateva they are cuz most of the time I try to shock em I miss em and almost kill the patient lol thats the my main problem.

i have always 1:30 minutes left but i cannot burn the cuts quikly... like my fire doesn't work!!!! and finally my patient dies from bleeding... what can i do?

I was struggling with that level all day and turns out my strategy was all wrong so I kept running out of time (I started each part by zapping him to get the centipede out).
