Revo VXL 1/16 Mods Mamba Max 5700kv

Revo VXL with about $520 in upgrades, I just finished installing everything this morning. It runs really smoth and the added weight with the bigger motor and heavier wheels and tires makes it alot smother and responsive, it flips less now.

@KillerBeeRacing well the ESC and the motor are made for

1/10th scale cars that with the mini revo it never gets really

hot. the temp on the motor is not even 140 degrees, it stays

pretty cool since the car is soo lite for the 1/10th scale motor.

With that power and the heavy wheels how have the diffs held out? Mine keep breaking with stock electronics and a lipo..

@purplehazenils so far so good with the diffs, the front diff did

break but it took a really long time to break.

castle creations, the 18th scale

motor is too small for the 1/16th revo. the motor mount is

from Tembol.

damn , THAT THING LOOK NICE COMPARED TO MY OLD ASS 1/16 SLASH 4X4 which has a shit load of scratches all over it , and goes into thermal protection shutdown every 2 fucking minutes and is like 4 years old , but still works , and is still and will always be my little piece of shit , btw how fast does that baby run , with maybe like two 3s 2000mah lipo batteries in it , thats what i did with mine , got it up to 51mph , then the back differential kit just FELL APART , iwas like WTF

I would never sacrafice battery space for an esc its better to add on an additional plate with a roll cage if u wannna install that trust me, ur gonna miss that extra run time
