This is for all the people who are like I used to be that can not swallow pills! Everyone says "It's so easy, just put it on the back of your tongue and drink water". Well it's not that fricken easy for everyone! But from someone that couldn't swallow pills until I was 21 here's how you can do it.

swallowing pills used to be near impossible for me, but then I started taking birth control and from then on I went from that really small pill to bigger ones. I still don't like swallowing pills, and get a little nervous, but if you keep doing it and practicing you'll learn how to do it :) This video helped too.
