While on my mission one of the big expectations was to see a Tornado. Though my companion and I were never able to see a tornado in the time we were on our missions, we did see a Tornado warning. A week after I left the mission a Tornado hit Greensburg, Kansas. Elder England was kind enough to send video of the clean up and it is added in this video.

Watches are quite common and it doesn't mean anything until your get a Warning, then you actually have a tornado. The watches mean they are looking for one.

That is sad that they lost so much, but it is great that you were there to help. I think that it is no accident that there are so many helping hands near areas that experience that. I will always remember those that helped us during the ice storm that hit here.
