I have actually encountered this woman on numerous occassions. She does not speak like this because she is from the south. This woman obviously has some developemental issues. But she is a nice person.

@toddwills, I agree 100%. She clearly shows signs of Developmental Retardation. She looks as if she functioning on about the level of a 5 year old. Who ever posted this as a "joke" should be ashamed of themselves. She probably made it to that age because she had family taking good care of her. However, they more than likely have also grown to be old. It looks as if they kept her healthy. But the question is, what do they do with her now? Or, when her care givers die.

As a court reporter, I will assure you this is on here because this is the story of our lives. Our job is to create a verbatim transcript, and these are the kinds of situations we are faced with and expected to perform superhuman powers on a daily basis. The situation is our humor, not mockery. And if you step outside your box, you will hear that he's asking if it's her signature or her sister's. That doesn't mean she is on trial. Or maybe you didn't hear that....but a court reporter did.

@LynchColl94 I think this fine American citizen ought to be our next Secretary of State. I would relish watching our Mrs. Jekins in deep diplomatic discussions on monetary policy and pirating breaches with her Chinese counterpart.
