if i userstood right...the tarp will make more sense once they have the backdrops on the field! This show wont actually be finished until the week of semi state.. or that is what i have been told

You are correct...the tarp is just one aspect of the visual...and the only one that has been added as of this date. It will make more sense in the coming weeks!
