Fanfare and Allegro by Clifton Williams. Performed by the Chicago Symphonic Band, conducted by James Neilson of Oklahoma City University. Probably recorded in 1957.
Players in the ensemble include these Chicago Symphony players (among others):
Ray Still (oboe)
Clark Brody and Jerry Stowell (clarinets)
Leonard Sharrow (bassoon)
Philip Farkas (French horn)
Frank Crisafulli and Edward Kleinhammer (trombones)
Arnold Jacobs (tuba)
as well as many radio orchestra players, including NBC trumpeter Don Jacoby.
Also, that is a photo of Clifton Williams himself at the end of the video.

So many bands that I've watched take the first part SO SLOW. But this is a good speed, and CLEAN =D

Very nice recording. I remember performing this when I was in the US Army.
