The runners up include the California Energy Commission for banning big-screen TVs unless they conform to stringent new energy standards and the Food and Drug Administration, which is waging war against caffeinated booze drinks.

ecause they are located in residential areas and there some sort of law which prevents dining halls to be in residential areas. And feeding the poor counts as a dining hall...

Question! : What's the difference between a "dining hall" and a random gathering of people eating? By this logic, wouldn't they be able to ban BBQ's in the neighborhoods too?
