Big active region 11236 is crackling with M-class solar flares. This newly numbered region has turned the north-eastern limb and looks like it may produce more strong category flares in the coming days.
A coronal mass ejection (CME) billowed away from the suns east limb on June 14th. Around 0810UT, a magnetic filament on the suns eastern limb become unstable and erupted. The resulting blast hurled a bright CME into space. This expanding cloud could deliver a glancing blow to the earths magnetic field June 17-18 time frame

  • Was this recent CME larger and more dangerous than the X-class back in February? What's the difference from a X class and a large CME? Thanks beforehand.

  • @4842Chuck flares are a flash of electromagnetic radiation caused by an explosion on the sun. Coronal mass ejections usually follow a flare or resulting eruption, CME's are clouds of magnetized gas hurled into space also by an explosion on the sun.

  • Thank You Brother Joe. The more I try to understand your work. The more intrigued I become. It is a truly remarkable giver of life, in so many ways it is life it's self. Its beauty just leaves me speechless. I am very greatful that you were choosen to open our eyes, to help us understand this knowledge ."Nothing should be feared but only understood". Thanks for what you do.

  • Great video thank's for your work .

  • @loowood2 yes i saw the chemtrails today as well in the valley.

  • Very well presented. I'm watching this on the 18th, this might explain the heavey Chem Trailing activity here. Norcal covered completely.

  • @toppgunn2232 Who knows, maybe you got a gun to your head...lol

  • WEAK IMPACT: A sharp gust of solar wind hit Earth's magnetic field today, June 17th, at approximately 0230 UT. This probably signaled the arrival of a CME en route from the sun since June 14th. The impact did not spark a significant geomagnetic storm, so bright auroras tonight remain unlikely.

  • IS there are proven link between sola activity and earthquakes? I live in taiwan where we have earthquakes every day.
