  • About a year ago ive noticed i have bad posture. So I tried to pull my shoulders back as much as possible. This made my posture worse and my neck looks like a giraffe. I think my shoulders have droppped alot. Can you please help me!

  • @DLozinski25 I'm sorry to hear you've had problems with your posture. I can't help you if I can't see you so I recommend seeing a health care practitioner and also checking out 'Forward Head Posture' on my website and also Best Posture Products where you will see I offer an online posture analysis. Thanks for your question.

  • @posturevideos Is bad posture completely reversible. I need to know. Can I bring my shoulders up somehow. It seems like my trap muscles are only visible when i bring my shoulders forward.

  • @DLozinski25 Hello. Not all posture trouble is reversible. It depends on how much wear and tear (aka osteoarthritis) is present and your lifestyle. A health care practitioner can help you determine this with an examination. Thanks for your question.

  • @posturevideos i got kyphosis 72 degrees and i m22 years old. I live in greece and it the operation costs 20.000 and i dont even have 1000. Just saying it i wanna share it with someone. i m not weak or anything.

  • @WutangClan4LiF3 Wow...are you sure 72%? That is almost looking straight down at the floor! Did you have a car crash? There are chiropractors in greece who understand the physics of the spine. You might also like to have an examination from a chiropractor. Most have studied in the chiropractic university here in England. I'm glad you are under supervision.
