Nintendo

Gameboy
1989

The successor to the Game & Watch, the Gameboy is the portable game machine that has a cartridge system, this means gamers can play on the go. This has a great game library such as Super Mario Land, Tetris, and F1-Race. There are accessories that compliments the Gameboy like the link cable for multi-player and adaptorm, an alternate for batteries.

Gameboy Pocket
1996, a smaller version of the Gameboy that can fit on a pocket, an update version with longer battery life span. This also came with multiple colors.

Gameboy Color
1998

The improved version of the Gameboy, not only the games are now in color, but it has exclusive games that can only be played on the GBC, such as Mario Golf and Tennis.

Other accessories:

The Gameboy Camera and Printer
1996

A camera accessories for the Gameboy (which then now became a buit-in camera on the NDSi), it's act like a camera with mini games and the printer to, well print picture that caught on the camera. The printer also work for Pokemon Yellow, Gold, Silver, and Crystal for a list of pokemon the player have.

Super Gameboy
1995

An accessories for the SNES to play GB games, it also had some sort of Mario Paint feature. In Japan, there is the Super Gameboy 2 which plays not only GB games, but also GBC games. There is one for the N64, however, it was not an official item from Nintendo called the Wideboy, mainly used for development only.

Transfer Pak
1999

An accessories fro the N64 for certain games such as Mario Golf and Mario Tennis where your characters from the GB version and be transfer to the N64 version. There are some games that uses this feature.

Note: I don't own the pictures nor took them.
