OK. I've been thinking about it overnight and this morning, pondering on about looking for the stuff, but here is what I have so far, the AV cable from my wii goes to this thing with lots of slots that has the red yellow and white thing and it is also connected to the tv but the slots are used up for ps2 and preview as well. But I'm guessing if I free a slot, you can connect that to the DV/Firewire cable which goes into pc and voila?

So just to be sure, even though I havent found the firewire thing yet :p the thing with white red and yellow slots goes into tv and you connect those with the firewire cord into the pc? and I'm still not sure where the firewire slot on the pc is, I think it might be on the back put my dad has driller a wooden block thing so you can't get to the back and if I pull it out all the wires will come out. So if you have it all set up like that you're ready to record using adobe permiere thing?

The colored wires go into the converter. The DV cable goes into the converter, and the other end of the cable goes into the firewire slot. You can record with any recording program.
