Pulling Mussels (From the Shell) by Squeeze is just a fun song to listen to as well as play. I have it stored in a secret playlist in my i-pod along with other such material.
Squeeze always had these great melodies over top of these "out of the ordinary" chord progressions. Always seemed to use a lot of half steps.

Awesome! I always liked this song but didn't realize all the chromatic movement until you pointed it out. I'll have to do a playalong myself. Nice tone too. Well done.

great song. was at wall-mart a few weeks ago and this was playing in the store. very odd choice for wall mart
