To hook up a third TV to DirecTV, the LNB must be removed from the dish, and another coaxial cable should be connected there, as there are four available outputs for four televisions. Add a third television to a DirecTV dish with information from an electronics store owner in this free video on satellite TV.

  • @neljau u need a multiswitch its called a 6x8

  • Oh hey your video has some very unique information that I have been trying to find. Have you discovered Zoocon CD99 TV (do a search on google)? My work buddy thought it was the deal and it saved big time money.

  • hi, can you showme how hoop up a 5th and 6th receiver??? i will aprreciate. thnks

  • GREAT VID!

  • Look for blue barrels, clear barrels (1000 Mhz) wont work properly on HD

  • Oh I forgot. DO NOT use cable crimping tools. The HD signal is very sensitive and any deformity in the cable will cause loss of signal on HD channels. We use cable compression tools w/Directv approved connectors. Not all connectors or wall plate barrels work well with HD either. What works for cable install(Comcast, WOW, Quest, Verizon) does not always work on Directv satellite system.

  • The average person has no business touching this dish. Fine tuning/dithering has to be done professionally with an approved signal meter. All 4 lines should be run from the LNB to a ground block even if you have only 1 tv. This allows you to not have to go to the dish for upgrades plus if the install was done correctly the ground block is accessible at ground level. Sometimes the dish has to be mounted in a hard to reach location just to get a clear line of site.

  • or they can just call DirecTV to have a technician do it properly!

  • Sorry, but this showed no close up visual instructions which is what people need. It was all talking and no real teaching.
