@fabs038 10km outside the CBD, how do you figure Maungaraki isn't part of Wellington. It might not be inside the CBD area but living and working in Wellington is the same thing. Or do you consider Maungaraki a world away, perhaps even another country. It just happens to be the last place I stayed before selling up and moving to Auckland. Oriental bay, coke snorters paradise and the worst of the bogans. Reality check, Wellywood is more than Oriental Bay. You must be from Stokes Valley, it fits

As for the correct spelling of Maungaraki, who cares, its a typeo, and the pits. Bet you never made that mistake before self righteous clown. And if its not blowing a southerly, then its an easterly or a northerly point being moron its always windy. They way you carrying on, it seems like you dont live in Wellywood but rather Wainuiomata

@fabs038 I used to live in Muangaraki. I know Wellington and its the pits. If its not windy then its wet, and usually its windy and wet with an ice cold southerly blowing. Oh yes, I know Wellington.....sadly

Ex Washingtonian here, Bet thing about Wellington is leaving it behind. Its dull and the most boring city in NZ, if it can even be called a city. There are much better places in NZ than Wellington.
