@AgapeForgotten Yes, it is unfortunate that there is always a bit of truth in the things we laugh at. I think the laughter comes sometimes from the frustration. If we could only get people to truly care for animals and get their pets treatment long before it becomes an uphill struggle. *sigh*

@AgapeForgotten It's not as if being snarky to the customer is helping the pet either, even though im pretty sure vets and techs all over have had at least some of this going thru their heads at some point or other. It's more or less a 'what not to do' video when it comes to interacting with clients.

@luckycanucky19 On the veterinarian's side, yes, none of those things said are going to help the pet and this wasn't really meant to be anything than an amusing skit. On the client's side, unfortunately, almost every one of the things said, with little exaggeration, has been said at some point. Some of the comments are word for word things said by the same client.
