This guy is confused. Or he's deliberately misleading people. "National Health Care" does not mean "State-Run health care." Does he think private insurance bureaucracies, whose main goal is making profit in an up-and-down market economy, are more "efficient" than a public system would be? Yes, prevention is important, but what about emergency care, injuries, accidents, genetic diseases, and cancers that aren't behavior-related? This isn't a satisfying position- it doesn't address the problem
