i seen this episode so many times, and i cry everytime, the song played is somewhere over the rainbow by Israel Kamakawiwole and everytime i hear it on the radio it reminds me of mark greene and i cry then too :-(

Can still remember seeing this episode for the first time. Was on E4 on a Thursday night, I was getting ready to go out, makeup and everrything done. Ended up half an hour late cos I had to re-do makeup after crying it all off!

oh i have a love/hate for this episode... it was so beautifully made... but completely sad... i always cry when i see this episode. he was such a good character!

Shit, this one always makes me cry so hard, although it's not realistic that Green could still formulate that letter at the end. My dad died of a brain tumour as well.
