In this video I display how I harvest pumpkins at a rapid rate. The Farmland setup is 9x9. In the very center is a pool of water used to give water to the surrounding areas. If you thought it was strange that I had sand cubes everywhere, well that is so I can jump from pumpkin vine to pumpkin vine without damaging the soil or the crop. I built it in the sky so that monsters couldn't interfere with my work. (Plus I wanted to be closer to God.) Anyways, this is just a quick look at what a fast and efficient farm could look like. Good luck in your in-game travels. And keep an eye out for those creepers.
