If you'd read the comments after you criticize my grammar you would have some form of a clue (actually, you're pretty dense- maybe not) as to why it is, in fact, relevant. Where you come from doesn't matter. We speak the same language so it follows that the same rules apply. Rhetorical questions are in all English speaking societies.
