It is supposed to be Jesus who decides who the faithful and discreet slave is. Any individual or group who declares them self as God's sole spokesman on earth and then prints it in millions of magazines and books is presumptuous and haughty for self appointment not faithful and discreet at all

@JWAlphamaleORG Its serious stuff this cult business. Jonestown etc In cults people deny blood, in liquid and in oh ur my child form..but go away as Im told to say that, cults deny food for the brain and prefer swill in regular and huge boring portions, they kill themselves. Cults are brutalityare a war within a virus microchip implanted in a hopeful human brain, looking for something good but used and destroyed like a piece of trash. Cults are lethal. Cults are anti life.

@SmalltimR So u are not a JW? well u are perfect for joining. I wonder if joining may bring a feeling of unity within. Maybe you should check out your local KH.

hey brother you ask a very good question .. and one that quite frankly these supposed christian do not and can not answer .. as there is no biblical backing to something of this magnatude, although we do see that it could essentially be an out let of the antichrist to have authoritive governing body act like they are christian

@Ninearm im sorry i was mean how immature of me i apologize.

@worldhistory2011 Obviously, the apostles met in Jerusalem on several occasions to discuss controversial issues that were problematic for the early church. But I don't know what this has to do with having absolute unquestionable submission whatever a multi-million dollar publishing corporation in Brooklyn, NY puts in print.

Give that those going door-to-door would also qualify as God's mouthpiece and a prophet of Jehovah, I doubt were looking at anything more than a play of terms. Though I think we all know this doesn't imply prophesying either. Which can be misleading as these ones work to do God's will.
So you've got a beef with the WTS(I get that).
But I cannot sympathize with this.
I asked God for answers.
And He gave them to me(all of them) in a publication.
Therefore He uses the WTS.

@SmalltimR Touche, I am an ASS, I did ASSume. Yes, I've read the information, I grew up in it. They DO claim to be speaking for god, they are his mouthpiece, they even called themselves Jehovah's prophet, (watchtower april 1, 1972) till that backfired, and now they claim not to be an "inspired" prophet. Semantics. Some think they are guided by God, I used to be one of those. I'm not now. I see them as the men Jesus warned us about.

The classic fallacy here, is where you ASSume I am a JW :)
Secondly, the governing body writes material for the people, but they don't speak for God.
And we know this as the information was written long ago.
Having said ALL THAT...
There is no doubt that these ones(governing body) are guided by God Himself.
Have you even read the information?
Well I have(and do) and there's no doubting it's authenticity.
Now lets compare that to what we have here?
Hmmm...

@SmalltimR I am always curious about those who speak of such devotion to these men, and what they say, and they are fellow slaves in Christ, God's mouthpiece etc etc. If you believe they are Gods mouthpiece, why disobey God by coming to these sites and videos and blogs when they are very clear to avoid them. "don't respond to them" etc. Just makes me go hmm.
I was told by JWs that the governing body is a part of the 144,000 mentioned in the bible they beleive that this governing body will be the new kingdom government once it is set up.But I don't beleive them.
