No, it was intentionally sunk to make an artificial reef off Key West, Fl. It is the second largest artificial reef in the world!

Thanks for the Vid, I haven't seen that tug (Elsbeth II) in 18 years...been there done that, had to sleep all the way up in the top little wheelhouse.
